I coach because I want to share my love for the barbell!
Why do you Coach?
You can learn a lot about yourself when you commit to putting in the hard work. The barbell makes me feel strong and confident but yet humble at the same time and I want other people to feel that. I coach because there is no greater feeling than when you help someone accomplish a goal that you know they worked hard for.
Why do you love CrossFit?
I love CrossFit because of the community. There is nothing better then hitting the gym and crushing a workout with people that all have the same mindset.
When did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in January 2012.
And October of 2013 I committed to weightlifting
Why CrossFit Whip?
I choose CrossFit whip because the people, the atmosphere and the mindset and all that stems from Casey and Kinde Malott!
